Pursuant to Florida Statute 119.0714(2), after January 1, 2012 the Clerk of Court must keep social security numbers, bank account, debit, charge and credit card numbers confidential and exempt.  If you request to view a file or request copies from a file the file must be redacted.  Please keep this in mind and call ahead (863-402-6751)  so you will not have a waiting time.  The Clerk of Court is dedicated to safekeeping the official court records.
